Check

This is where everything begins. We look at the details the Valuation Office has on record for your property. That includes things like floor area, layout, and how the building is used. If something isn’t quite right, we make a note of it and prepare to put it right.

Fighting back with the facts

Challenge

If we find a mistake, we take action. We explain to the Valuation Office why the information needs to be corrected. This stage is about presenting the facts and showing where things don’t line up. We handle all of this for you and keep you informed as it progresses.

Appeal
